酒店供应的热水不够热；找不到拖鞋。

員工服務，應對，跟進質素超差，一点也不是5星，房間冷氣不夠，浪費幾小時也弄不好，晚上又找不到值班經理- ，所有回應都是費話，只說今晚滿客幫吾到你， 過份! 早上又說經理出差，又無名片，又無手電。不知所謂。前台的跟我說了幾次電話都不知我姓氏，他說因為我留了英- 文姓他不懂呢！ 酒店本身建築才料應高檔的，但如這樣管理下去，可能不用2，3年便可用了，現在洗手間厠格已有異味。

8 樓中餐廳(翠苑酒樓) 服務一般, 本人c本人check in 後約下午兩点到, 坐低後告訴我要盡快落單, 因兩点半下班, 但就告訴我沒有点心了, 而且發覺空調都關了, 一路食一路出汗, 當天(6/4)氣温差不多 30 度。 另外酒店房冷氣唔得, 要揾電工維修後才好D。
